Joe Rogan & Elon Musk: AI is more dangerous than a nuclear bomb
A nuclear weapon is built to be used by people. The risk with frontier AI is systems that act without them.
Calling AI more dangerous than a nuclear bomb is not a reason to surrender the field to every rival that will not pause. Nuclear command stays under human authority for a reason. Frontier systems should too.
America should lead in building extraordinary AI and in keeping consequential decisions under meaningful human accountability. Panic is not a policy. Neither is “move fast and hope.”
